Seeking a Level 2 Sea Kayak Guide for a Unique Client Expedition

Co-create a journey where paddling becomes a dance, nature becomes the teacher — and ease, presence, and play become a way of life.

This Isn’t Just Another Trip

It’s a chance to co-create a different kind of world — one where paddling becomes a way to remember who we are in nature.

This expedition is for my existing clients only.
People who already know my teaching.
Who’ve trained with the Greenland paddle.
Who move with ease. With awareness.
Who want to deepen their skills — and live what they’ve learned.

They’re not the “once-a-year” kayakers.
They’re committed. Curious. Serious about growing.
And they’ve already had a taste of what’s possible.

What we’re offering them isn’t just more technique.
It’s an invitation to remember what they already are: part of nature.

In nature, we belong.
We don’t need to control it — only to respond to it, and move with it.
With elegance.

That’s what we’re here to create together.
An experience where paddling becomes a kind of dance.
Where the sea teaches us to soften… to yield… to play.
Not to control everything.

Because when we learn to let go, something shifts.
We move with more grace.
We find the rhythm.
We stop fighting.

And suddenly, paddling becomes joyful. Effortless.
And that ease begins to ripple into everything — into how we move through the rest of our lives.

You find yourself sitting in traffic… but the frustration isn’t there.
Someone says something rude — and it doesn’t take your peace away.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, you start bringing elegance to it. Like the sea taught you.

That’s the deeper current behind this trip.
Not just better skills.
But a relearning of how to be in harmony.

If you feel called to help create that kind of experience, I’d love to talk with you.

How We’ll Work Together

This isn’t about managing beginners or running a scripted tour.

It’s about co-creating an experience for a group of experienced paddlers —
people who’ve already trained with me, and know what to expect.

They’re not new to this.
They’re self-sufficient.
They bring and cook their own food.

They know how to camp, how to paddle, and how to show up with curiosity and care.

Your role is to help hold the container — to offer safety, steady presence, and support on the water.

To help create the space where learning and connection can unfold.

You won’t be asked to teach technique — that’s on me.
But you will be an essential part of the experience.

We’re blending skill, soul, and wilderness.
So this is for someone who wants to guide with more than just their training.

Someone who wants to help create something meaningful, memorable, and alive.

The Details (So Far)

This is a prototype expedition — a first step in building something long-term.

We don’t have a set date or location yet.
That’s something I’d love to co-create with the right person.

It might be the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Or one of the Southern or Northern Gulf Islands.
Or somewhere completely different.

We may start with a short trip and just a few clients —
to get a feel for how we work together, and what we want to grow.

Compensation:
I’m open to either a revenue share or a set fee.
We can explore what feels fair and sustainable for both of us.

How to Reach Out
