How Our Coaching Works
We’ll keep it simple and personal:
Quick Check-ins
You tell me what you’re noticing in your paddling, what you’d love to feel instead, and what kind of conditions you care about (calm, rough, trips, etc.).
Personal Practice Plan
After each session you get simple, targeted things to practice – drills, awareness cues, and ways to play with the movements, so the changes actually stick.
You’re not getting a “perfect technique template.” You’re getting a more natural way to move that fits you.
